What we do
Helping children & adults communicate with confidence
Every person communicates differently. That's why we take the time to understand your goals before creating a therapy plan that suits your needs, whether you're seeking support for speech, language, feeding or swallowing.
Experienced Speech Pathologists
With over 10 years of experience, we create therapy plans tailored to each person's needs and goals. Whether therapy takes place at home, school, in our clinic or via telehealth, we work closely with families and support networks to help achieve meaningful outcomes.

More than speech support, under one team
If your needs change over time, there's no need to start again. Our Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Physiotherapy teams work closely with our Speech Pathologists, making it easier to coordinate care under one roof.

How it works
Getting started takes 3 simple steps
A clear, supported process, guided by our intake team from your first contact to your first session.
Enquire
Tell us a little about what you need: the person's age, the concern (speech, language, swallowing, etc.), your location and funding type. No referral or diagnosis is needed to get started.
Intake reviews & matches
Our intake team reviews what you've told us and matches you with the right speech pathologist based on your needs, location and availability. We don't just assign the next available clinician.
Confirm & first session
We confirm your clinician, appointment time, session setting and pricing. If you're NDIS-funded we send through a Service Agreement before your first session goes ahead.
Support Coordinator or referrer
Have the participant details ready? Submit a referral directly.
Submit a ReferralAppointments are only confirmed once we've reviewed your enquiry or referral, but reaching out is quick, and there's no pressure to have everything figured out first.
Registered & accountable
A speech pathology team you can trust
We work across every major funding pathway and meet the compliance, screening and supervision standards families and referrers expect from a larger, structured provider.
NDIS Registered Provider
A registered provider that completes regular external audits and compliance requirements.
Reg. 4050104697
Compliance & screening
Our workers hold Working With Children Checks and NDIS Worker Screening Checks. Clinicians are registered with the relevant professional body, including Speech Pathology Australia.
Supervision & team support
Every clinician is backed by team leaders and internal supervision — so you're never relying on one individual therapist alone.
Interpreter access
We're registered with the National Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National), so families who need an interpreter can still access clear, supported sessions.
Every funding pathway, handled properly
Private clients, Home Care Packages, Medicare, private health insurance, TAC, DVA and NDIS — we understand the documentation, billing and reporting requirements involved with each pathway, so you're never left guessing. Whether you're self-managing, plan-managed or agency-managed, our intake team confirms exactly what applies to your situation before service begins, and we handle the paperwork behind the scenes so support can start without delay.
Trusted by families & referrers
What people say about working with us

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you have availability right now?
In most service areas we can see new clients within around two weeks, and several services are open for new bookings. The quickest way to check for your situation and location is to request a call back.
Do you service my area?
We provide speech pathology within about 30 km of Eight Mile Plains, QLD and Glen Waverley, VIC, including surrounding suburbs — with clinic, home, school, community and telehealth options. Not sure if you're covered? Request a call back with your postcode and we'll confirm.
Do I need NDIS funding to see you?
No. We see private clients, Home Care Package clients and NDIS clients, along with TAC, DVA and Medicare/private health insurance clients. Request a call back and let us know your situation — we'll explain what applies to you.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the service, funding type, location and whether a report is needed. We explain pricing clearly before service starts, so there are no hidden surprises. Request a call back and our team will talk you through the likely cost.
Do you help with swallowing and mealtime concerns, not just talking and language?
Yes. Our speech pathologists provide mealtime management and swallowing (dysphagia) assessments for both children and adults, alongside speech, language and communication support.
Can you help with a report or plan review, including if a previous report didn't go well?
Yes. We regularly take on complex cases and reports that need a second opinion, with a strong focus on clear clinical reasoning and report quality. Tell us about the situation when you request a call back.
Do you offer home, school, community or telehealth sessions?
Yes — sessions can be delivered at home, at school, in the community, in clinic or via telehealth, depending on the service and what's clinically appropriate. Request a call back to discuss the best setting for you.
Are your speech pathologists qualified and registered?
Yes. Our clinicians are registered with Speech Pathology Australia, complete Working With Children and NDIS Worker Screening Checks, and go through a structured hiring and supervision process before joining the team.
